No smoking inside the home or on the decks. No parties or unauthorized events. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM to respect our neighbors and the local wildlife.
Pets are considered on a case-by-case basis with an additional cleaning fee. Please do not feed the wildlife at the pond, as it disrupts their natural foraging habits.
A $300 security deposit hold is required 2 days prior to check-in. This is released within 3 days of departure provided no damages occur. Full payment is due at the time of booking.
Cancellations made 14+ days prior: 100% Refund. Cancellations 7-13 days prior: 50% Refund. Cancellations within 7 days: No refund. Weather-related issues are handled case-by-case.
